A graduate in Hotel Management from the prestigious ITHQ, her career has evolved through a wide range of roles and leadership levels—spanning from frontline operations to executive management across hotels, restaurants, tourism companies, and event organizations throughout Quebec, British Columbia, and the United States.
Today, she channels this deep industry expertise to support overwhelmed entrepreneurs and SMEs in the hospitality and wellness sectors. She serves as a trusted, fully bilingual, structured, and solution-oriented collaborator.

With over 20 years of professional growth across Quebec, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and briefly in British Columbia, along with extensive global travel from Asia to Central America,
I have developed an open mindset and a high level of adaptability. This background
allows me to seamlessly integrate into diverse work cultures and methodologies.
I have built my career through a wide variety of roles, including front desk operations, management, sales and marketing, event planning and coordination, and administration. My journey has taken me from major hotel chains to small independent establishments,
as well as across the restaurant, tourism, and event sectors.
Today, this multifaceted experience spanning every level of an organization allows me to quickly grasp my clients' challenges, from frontline tasks to executive decision-making,
and step in with precision, efficiency, and sound judgment.
I founded Anne Assist.e because I wanted to leverage my full range of skills and my deep love for the hospitality industry—not just for a single employer,
but for a multitude of businesses and entrepreneurs who keep this industry vibrant and alive.
I wanted to work on my own terms: with freedom, curiosity, and intention. To continuously learn, to collaborate deeply rather than just execute tasks,
to inspire and be inspired—and to build genuine connections with the people I partner with.
Because at the core, I believe that when people are well-supported, highly organized, and more efficient, they can focus entirely on what they truly love to do.
